Standard shipping 3–6 business days. Size exchanges are free and handled through the exchange form — no return shipping needed for a simple size swap. For a full refund, items must be unworn and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Underherwear gift orders ship from, and are supported by, Aoratos.

Warranty — Blushprint
Every pair carries a small heart printed in color-shifting ink. It starts purple; with regular wearing and washing, it gradually blushes pink. While it’s purple, the pair is covered by this warranty.

Normal wear and gradual softening, misuse, improper laundering, alteration, cut labels or marks.

Free replacement of the affected pair, same or equivalent size/SKU. No physical return required — a photo of the defect and the mark is enough.
